For second consecutive year: Mazola supports the fight against Breast Cancer
As part of its commitment with health and well-being, Mazola launched for the second consecutive year the campaign "With your purchase, we support the fight against breast cancer" which consists in the launch of Mazola products of 443 ml, 750 ml, 32 oz and gallon with a pink distinctive donating a percentage of all the sales to the Emma Romero de Callejas Cancer Center (ERCCC), which for 25 years has contributed to the health of the Honduran population, offering high tech medical services in early detection and cancer treatment.
About the activity, Fabricio Ochoa, Mazola brand manager, shared that along with the Corporate Social Responsibility that characterizes the brand, this donation will sensitize all women about the importance of early detection of this disease, which is one of the highest incidence in the world population.
Ochoa added as well that to support this effort, Mazola along with the ERCCC will conduct a medical brigade to benefit the employees of Dinant, offering mammograms, ultrasounds and cytologies; as well as graphic support for education about early detection.
As a conclusion, the representative of Mazola invited the entire Honduran population to be part of this initiative by purchasing these products located in different sale points: supermarkets, wholesales, convenience and grocery stores.
