From our OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH (OH) department, our primary objective is to develop multidisciplinary programs and activities that promote and protect the health of our people, focusing mainly on the prevention of diseases and accidents in the workplace
We seek to create and promote safety and health in the workplace, as well as environments that enhance the physical, mental, and social well-being of our collaborators, creating an ideal adaptation between collaborators and the workplace, and seeking to eliminate factors and conditions that put health and occupational safety at risk.
We can proudly say that we have been pioneers in having a School for Back and Painful Shoulders, certified by the Social Security Institute of Honduras, and with conditioned spaces where our collaborators can perform preventive exercises for their back and shoulders. Our staff is constantly trained to care for collaborators and avoid these types of injuries.
At Dinant we provide medical care to our collaborators through clinics located in our operation sites at a regional level. These clinics perform the Occupational Health Strategy for the care of all employees in the different tasks that are carried out on a daily basis.

With this we seek to make “Working and Breastfeeding” possible for every woman, providing a controlled and hygienic space especially suitable for the Exclusive Breastfeeding process.
